Most real estate events leave you with motivation but no action plan. Closers & Coffee is different.
Every month, you'll hear from local agents who are actively working in today's market, not coaches, recruiters, or people speaking from theory.
You'll walk away with:
Practical ideas you can use immediately.
Better communication and business strategies.
New relationships with agents across the Columbia market.
Insights from people who are doing the work right now.
This is a room built for agents who want to stay sharp, stay connected, and keep growing
☕ It's Actually Free
No ticket price. No membership fee. No catch. Just show up, grab a coffee, and join the conversation.
🎤 One Focused Topic Every Month
No information overload. Every event is built around one relevant topic that agents are dealing with right now.
🏡 Local Voices, Not Traveling Gurus
You'll hear from agents and industry professionals who are actively working in the Midlands market, not someone flying in with a canned presentation.
💬 Conversation Over Presentation
This isn't a seminar. It's a mastermind. The goal is dialogue, shared experiences, and practical takeaways.
🚫 No Recruiting Agenda
Nobody is trying to convince you to switch brokerages. Come as you are and represent whoever you want.
🤝 Relationships Come First
The best opportunities in real estate often come from the people you know. We're intentionally creating a room where those relationships can happen naturally.
⏰ Short, Sharp, and Valuable
We're respectful of your time. One hour of content, meaningful networking, and then back to work.
🧠 Built for Learners and Contributors
You don't have to be the smartest person in the room. You just have to be willing to learn, share, and help make the conversation better.
🔥 We're Building a Community, Not Just an Event
Most real estate events happen once and disappear. Closers & Coffee is designed to become a consistent monthly gathering for serious agents who want to stay sharp, stay connected, and grow together.

Closers & Coffee is for agents who:
Want practical ideas, not generic motivation.
Value relationships across the industry.
Enjoy learning from other successful agents.
Believe growth comes from better conversations.
Want to stay a head of market changes.
Whether you're a newer agent building momentum or a seasoned producer refining your systems, you'll find value in the room.
How much does it cost?
It's free.
We've got some great local sponsors who help cover the cost because they believe in what we're building here.
All we ask is that if you get value from the event and happen to need a service one of our sponsors provides, keep them in mind. That's how communities support each other.
Other than that, just show up, grab a coffee, and join the conversation.
What if I don't drink coffee? That's perfectly fine.
Despite the name, coffee isn't a requirement. The conversation is the important part.
Feel free to BYOD—Bring Your Own Drink. Whether that's water, tea, an energy drink, a protein shake, or one of those giant gas station fountain drinks that somehow gets you through the day, you're welcome here.
Just show up ready to learn, connect, and be part of the conversation.
I wanted to create the kind of event I'd actually want to attend—no sales pitch, no recruiting agenda, just real conversations with good agents about what's working in today's market.
Do I have to register to attend?
No. Registration isn't required, but it does help us plan for attendance.
We know real estate can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up. If you register, we just ask that you make every effort to attend. It's only an hour, and we promise the world will keep turning while you're there.
Plus, the coffee's better when we know how many folks are coming.
No ma'am. No sir.
Our sponsors are a big reason we're able to keep this event free, and we're grateful for them. They'll be there drinking coffee, meeting people, and joining the conversation.
But this isn't one of those events where you have to sit through a sales pitch before you get to the good stuff. Nobody's getting handed a microphone to give a presentation on rates, warranties, or whatever they're selling this month.
The focus is on the agents, the conversation, and the ideas being shared in the room. Everything else is secondary.
Closers & Coffee was started by Brad Allen with The ART of Real Estate Team at eXp Realty, along with several great people and partners who are helping bring it to life.
Over the years, Brad has helped create masterminds, networking groups, and agent communities all over the country. Through those experiences, he has seen firsthand how valuable the right room can be when good people get together, share ideas openly, and help each other grow.
The goal of Closers & Coffee is to bring that same experience to the Midlands of South Carolina.
There is no recruiting agenda and no hidden catch. Just a consistent place for agents to connect, learn from one another, and stay sharp in a changing market.
We are fortunate to have a lot of talented people in our area. This event is about creating a room where those people can come together, build relationships, and make each other better.
Mostly, yes.
If you're a real estate agent, broker, team leader, manager, or someone who genuinely wants to learn, contribute, build relationships, and be part of a good conversation, we'd love to have you.
The only people who probably won't enjoy Closers & Coffee are what we like to call "Ask-Holes."
You know the type. They ask a question, then spend the next five minutes explaining how much they already know. They dominate every conversation, hijack the Q&A, and somehow make every topic about themselves.
We're not building that kind of room.
We're building a room for cool people who want to contribute. We're also building a room for cool people who just want to listen, learn, and take notes. Both are welcome.
Brokers and managers are absolutely welcome too. In fact, some of the best conversations happen when experienced leaders, top producers, and newer agents are all in the same room learning from each other.
As for vendors, we're open to having industry partners involved. Just keep in mind that our sponsors help make this event possible, and we want to be respectful of the people who support it. If you're interested in being involved, let's have a conversation first.
At the end of the day, we're trying to create a room that is helpful, welcoming, and worth coming back to. If that sounds like your kind of crowd, you'll fit right in.
